Items are eligible for a refund within 30 days of being shipped.
Products must be unworn, unwashed, free from any make-up and fake tan and free from any scent.
Return postage cost will be is the responsibility of the customer.
Contact us to let us know you are wanting a refund and include your order number and the reason for the refund.
Once the refund has been accepted we will email you the address to send the return to. Let us know it has been posted and tracking details.
When we receive your return you will get an email saying it has been received and your refund has been processed.
Faulty Products
If an item is faulty please contact us as soon as possible.
Include your order number, description of the issue and images and we will work out a timely solution
If the item has a manufacturing fault you will not incur any additional costs and a refund or replacement will be offered.
Aeon Studios does not accept returns on items damaged by general wear and tear.
Exchanges
At this stage we don’t offer exchanges.
If you have purchased an item but want a different colour or size we suggest organising a refund and re-purchasing.
